For multiple bookings or a
tournament/bonspiel, a payment plan may be used. In these
instances, a 50% deposit will be required at the time of
booking. Final payment is to be received by the last date
booked, or on the tournament/bonspiel day. Any adjustments to
your bill (i.e. cancellations) will be recorded and you will be
notified of the amount owing/credited.
Cancellations: A 48-hour
notice by phone or e-mail is required for practice/game times
(the only exception is very cold or stormy weather). A 21-day
notice by phone or e-mail is required for
tournaments/bonspiels. If insufficient notice is received, you
will be billed for that time!
